Welcome to Wear.AI (the "App", "we", or "us"), operated by Talent Limited AI Studio. The core feature of this App requires you to upload photos of yourself. We understand how sensitive that information is, and we protect it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your information, and what rights you have. Please read it in full before using the service.

1. Information We Process

• Photos of yourself: Required for the App's core function of generating try-on results. Photos are uploaded over encrypted HTTPS and passed to the image generation services described in §3 for the duration of a generation task. They remain in your gallery until you delete them or delete your account.
• Garment photos: Handled the same way, used to generate try-on results and stored in your wardrobe.
• Generated results: Try-on images and their task records are linked to your account so you can revisit them. You may delete them at any time.
• Account information: The user identifier created at sign-in, your email address (if you choose to provide one), and your display name.
• Device identifier: A random identifier generated by the App on first launch, used to hold your data before you sign in and to prevent duplicate sign-up bonuses. It is generated by the App and is not your device's hardware serial number or advertising identifier.
• Credits and transactions: Credit ledger entries and App Store purchase receipts, used for reconciliation, refunds, and preventing duplicate grants.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We never collect, store, or share:

• Your contacts, call history, or messages
• Your precise location
• Any photo on your device other than the ones you explicitly select in the system picker
• Your payment details (in-app purchases are handled by the App Store; we never see your payment credentials)
• Your password (handled by the authentication service; we do not store plaintext passwords)

3. Third-Party Services

To provide the service, we use the following third parties, to which your images are passed only as needed:

• Image generation model services: Used to produce try-on results. Service within mainland China uses domestic models that have completed the required regulatory filing (such as Seedream or Qwen); service in other regions uses overseas models (such as GPT-Image or Nano Banana). We may change which models we use as the technology evolves. Whichever is used, your images are processed solely to fulfil the generation task you initiated and may not be used for model training.
• Sign in with Apple: Account registration and sign-in. Your Apple ID credentials are handled by Apple; we receive only the user identifier and, optionally, an email address. Privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• App Store In-App Purchase: Credit pack purchases and receipt validation. Payment is handled entirely by Apple.
• Authentication and file storage: Self-hosted and operated by us, under the same operating entity as the App, and covered by this policy.

We cannot fully control how third parties handle data, so please read their privacy policies. We require the providers above to process your data only to complete the generation task, and not for model training or any other purpose. By using the service you acknowledge and accept these data flows.

4. Storage & Security

• Location: Accounts, credit ledgers, task records and image files are stored on cloud servers located in mainland China.
• Encryption in transit: All traffic between the App and our servers uses HTTPS.
• Access control: Image files are not publicly reachable at guessable addresses; reads are authorised server-side.
• Retention: Your photos, wardrobe items and try-on records are kept until you delete them in the App or delete your account. We will not silently extend retention.

5. Your Rights

• Access and correction: You can view and edit your display name and avatar in the App.
• Deletion: You can delete individual photos, wardrobe items, or try-on records at any time.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account in the App under Me → Account Security → Delete Account. Your photos, wardrobe, try-on records and remaining credits are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Withdrawing consent: You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

6. Minors

This App is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 18, please use it with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

7. About AI-Generated Content

• Try-on results are generated by AI models and are for reference only. They may differ from how a garment actually looks on you and do not constitute purchase advice.
• For compliance, uploaded images are screened by automated content moderation before being sent to a generation model.
• Do not upload photos of other people to create content that could harm their reputation or mislead others. Responsibility for such uploads rests with the uploader.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will present a prominent notice in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
